As of 11:32 AM, we are officially the owners of three homes, one in New York and two in Ohio, but hopefully not for long. The closing on our duplex is scheduled for Feb. 29th.
Since I've been working full time, Betsy has been quite a trooper, taking care of the sundry tasks of making preparations for our new house: setting up Internet service, getting the gas and electrical service in our names, etc. All that remains is for us to move in!
The movers will arrive at 1 PM-ish to move our stuff from our temporary housing (at the inn) to the house. We plan to spend most of the evening cleaning the house so that when our belonings arrive tomorrow, they'll be ready to be put into their new to-be-determined places. Let the fun of setting up begin!
